Acts 14:3 NIV
So Paul and Barnabas spent considerable time there, speaking boldly for the Lord, who confirmed the message of his grace by enabling them to perform signs and wonders.
2 Timothy 1:1, 7 NIV
For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.
The execution of the frst two miracles in John 6 was not extraordinary..they were simple at best..a meal and stepping out of a boat…the POWER they demonstrated however, was quite extraordinary…and this makes all the difference..Jesus told the disciples that greater things than these will you’do…and being either minimalist or exorbitant in the work of miracles is really something we have no control over..God will work in both BIG and SMALL ways but the distinction is not ours to make…power is a legitimate aspect of the spirit that God has placed within us..let us expect it at all times in the way God chooses…
Delayed or immediate…visible or invisible…major or minor…but know and expect that power is always manifesting through the saints.
