Pursuant Desire

God is calling the church of people who belong to his son, Jesus to arise…Jeremiah 29: 10 – 14
Let us pursue him church and ARISE!!!

Let us get rid of all the things that we have become addicted to and have idolized…James 4: 1 – 10 and pursue strongly after God. Let us live up to the name of God for he has instituted the power of his name (Ezekiel 20: 7), to instantiate over and over again it’s very consistent, faithful authority and glory..

God is so zealous and jealous for his people and He wants to do so much for us because of Christ…the authority that has been lost over time and in some cases, never asserted can be reclaimed in the current of our passion for him..seeking him..chasing after him passionately…

We will know how much power exists in our decision-making, as we pursue God..following after Him in obedience because we have all the spiritual blessings needed. We have everything within us to act out of what we believe, sticking to our decisions…responding only to our identity in Christ and in faith, not to what we see, feel or what is around us.

Jesus set us an example of this in the garden of Gethsemane. Irregardless of how he felt, and his emotion was indeed strong, he said to his Father, “I want your will to be done, not mine.” Jesus made a decision and God did the rest – see Matthew 26: 38 – 39.

Let us decide to be a friend of God and an enemy to the world, not being swayed even by our own desires and feelings but living in pursuant desire for our mighty Father who is all encompassing – see, he says it himself in Exodus 34: 5 – 7*…He is capable of being so much to us, if we will let Him and understand and remember what He has already done in us.

*Exodus 34: 5 – 7″…God descended in the cloud and took up his position there beside him and called out the name, God. God passed in front of him and called out, “God, God, a God of mercy and grace, endlessly patient—so much love, so deeply true—loyal in love for a thousand generations, forgiving iniquity, rebellion, and sin. Still, he doesn’t ignore sin. He holds sons and grandsons responsible for a father’s sins to the third and even fourth generation.” – from The Message Bible
